Migraine Hx

‍‍Patient complains of recurrent ‍headache﻿ over the last ‍﻿. 
‍‍It is described as ‍typepulsating﻿, is scaled at ‍1 ﻿/10 in severity and is localized on the ‍R﻿﻿‍L﻿ ‍localization﻿ area.
‍‍It is ‍timingrecurrent﻿, starts ‍progressively﻿, and last for ‍ ﻿ ‍hours﻿.
‍‍﻿‍Triggers are:﻿ ‍﻿ ‍none identified﻿ ‍exertion﻿ ‍post-coital﻿ 
‍‍﻿‍Worse with:﻿ ‍activities﻿ ‍valsalva﻿ ‍at night﻿ ‍premenstrual﻿
