‍‍﻿‍In 3 months: CBC, PSA, Total testosterone ﻿ 
‍‍﻿‍Bone mineral density﻿ 
‍‍﻿‍Discontinue ETOH﻿ 
‍‍﻿‍Decrease Opioïdes﻿ 
‍‍﻿‍Weight loss﻿

‍‍Dx:
‍‍Hypogonadism = morning total testosterone decreased (<300 ng/dl)
‍‍Confirm with a second sample
‍‍If borderline total testosterone, consider additional testing: free testosterone, SHBG (affected by aging, obesity, diabetes)
