Dilato obtains TGV certification
February 27, 2026

We are proud to announce that Dilato has officially obtained TGV certification from Santé Québec.

This certification confirms that Dilato meets high standards in terms of security, confidentiality, and data governance for digital tools used in clinical settings. It represents an important milestone for physicians, as well as for clinics, GMFs, and healthcare institutions.
What is TGV certification?
TGV certification is an evaluation framework established by the Santé Québec Certification Office to ensure that technology solutions used within the healthcare system meet high standards with respect to:
- the protection of personal and clinical health information
- information security
- access governance and management
- compliance with requirements applicable to the healthcare sector
A clear framework for the AI Scribe
Dilato’s AI Scribe records the patient–physician conversation and automatically generates a clinical note, with the goal of reducing the time spent on documentation.
TGV certification confirms that this approach operates within a framework that complies with Québec’s requirements for data security and confidentiality.
It complements the compliance practices already in place at Dilato, including measures to meet the requirements of Bill 25 (Quebec), PIPEDA (Canada), HIPAA (United States), and GDPR (European Union).
What’s next
At Dilato, this certification is not an endpoint, but a milestone. We will continue to evolve the platform to make the AI Scribe as seamless as possible, while maintaining high standards of security and confidentiality.
We sincerely thank the users who trust us every day and who, through their feedback, contribute to the continuous improvement of Dilato.
