Preparation: prepped in sterile manner using ‍alcoholchlorhexidinebetadine

Medication: ‍Depo-MedrolKenalog ‍4080mg/cc ‍1cc and lidocaine 1% without epi ‍2cc

Procedure: injection into the flexor tendon sheath at the site of maximal tenderness

Complications: ‍none observed

Instructions: post-procedure care explained, including activity modification and finger exercises

Follow-up: advised to follow up if symptoms persist or worsen, or if complications arise
