Injection site: ‍medial epicondylelateral epicondyle ‍rightleft

Consent: risks and benefits discussed, consent obtained

Preparation: prepped in sterile manner using ‍alcoholchlorhexidinebetadine

Medication: ‍Depo-MedrolKenalog ‍4080mg/cc ‍1cc and lidocaine 1% without epi ‍2cc

Procedure: injection into the area of maximal tenderness at the epicondyle

Complications: well tolerated, no complication during and after procedure

Instructions: post-procedure care explained, including ice and rest, and avoidance of strenuous activity involving the affected arm

Follow-up: return precautions given
