DDx: sexually transmitted infections, gonorrhea, chlamydia, trichomoniasis, herpes simplex virus, non-specific urethritis, urinary tract infection, prostatitis, epididymitis, urethral stricture, foreign body in the urethra, allergic reaction to products or medications, balanitis, meatal stenosis, cancer of the urethra, benign prostatic hyperplasia, urinary retention, kidney stones, bladder stones, trauma to the urethra, chemical urethritis from irritants, catheter-related urethritis, prostate cancer, pelvic inflammatory disease, endometritis, cervicitis, vaginal atrophy





PLAN:

Investigations:

- STI screening for chlamydia and gonorrhea

- Urinalysis

- Urine culture
