DDx: genital warts, molluscum contagiosum, genital herpes, syphilis, chancroid, lymphogranuloma venereum, granuloma inguinale, yeast infection, bacterial vaginosis, trichomoniasis, scabies, pubic lice, folliculitis, skin tags, hemorroids, contact dermatitis, psoriasis, lichen planus, lichen sclerosus, squamous cell carcinoma
