DDx: genital herpes, genital warts (HPV), syphilis, chancroid, lymphogranuloma venereum, granuloma inguinale, molluscum contagiosum, yeast infection, scabies, folliculitis, skin tags, hemorrhoids, bartholinitis, contact dermatitis, psoriasis, lichen planus, lichen sclerosus, squamous cell carcinoma

- STI testing for chlamydia and gonorrhea
