PLAN:

Investigations:

- Elbow X-ray

- MRI of the elbow

- Bursa aspiration

Treatments:

- Avoid leaning on elbow

- Rest and elevation

- Ice application

- Compression bandage

- 

- Steroid injection

- Physical therapy

Further care:

- Referral to orthopedic surgeon
