DDx: wrist tendonitis, extensor tendonitis, flexor tendonitis, intersection syndrome, osteoarthrosis of the 1st CMC joint, wrist sprain, wrist fracture, scaphoid fracture, carpal tunnel syndrome, triangular fibrocartilage complex injury, gout, wrist hydroxyapatite deposition, septic arthritis, ganglion cyst





PLAN:

Investigations:

- X-ray of the wrist

- MRI of the wrist

Treatments:

- Rest and avoid weight-bearing activities

- Ice application

- Wrist splint for protection
