DDx: anal fissure, thrombosed hemorrhoid, proctitis, perianal abscess, fistula-in-ano, rectal prolapse, pilonidal cyst, rectal ulcer, gonorrhea, perianal HSV, anal warts, anal cancer, rectal carcinoma, pruritus ani, cryptitis, proctalgia fugax, chronic proctalgia, levator ani syndrome

- CT scan of abdomen and pelvis
