PLAN:

- Fungal culture

- HIV test

- ‍Topical antifungals

- ‍Topical corticosteroids

- ‍Topical calcineurin inhibitors

- ‍Keratolytics

- ‍Shampoos for scalp involvement

- ‍Emollients

- Education on the chronic nature of the condition and the importance of maintenance therapy

- Avoidance of triggers such as stress, harsh detergents, and extreme weather conditions

- Referral to dermatologist

- Follow-up in ‍ ‍weeksmonths

- Return if rash worsens, if new symptoms develop, or if condition does not improve with treatment
