Neck: ‍normallymphadenopathy

Heart: ‍RRR, ‍normal S1 and S2

Lungs: ‍clearabnormal sounds, ‍retractions

Abdomen: ‍softsemi-softtense, ‍non-tender ‍, ‍non-distended, ‍

Pelvic: vulva ‍normal, vagina ‍normal, cervix ‍normal, uterus ‍normal, adnexa ‍normal, ‍no cervical motion tenderness

Genital: ‍normal, testicles ‍normal, penis ‍normal



ASSESSMENT:

‍Pre-exposition prophylaxis, ‍adequately adherent



PLAN:

- Blood work: ‍HIV, ‍Hepatitis B and C, ‍Syphilis, ‍CBC, ‍creatinine, ‍ALT

- STI screening: ‍Chlamydia, ‍Gonorrhea

- Urinalysis

- ‍PrEP medications

- Condom use counseling

- Safe sex practices counseling

- Referral to infectious disease specialist

- Referral to social worker

- Follow-up in ‍ ‍months

- Return if symptoms of acute HIV infection develop (fever, fatigue, rash, sore throat, swollen lymph nodes, muscle aches)
